Cancellations made within 12 days before the check-in date are free of charge. Otherwise, the following terms apply:
If cancelled 11 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
If cancelled 3 days before the check-in date, 70% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of "no show" (not arriving on the check-in date), 100% of the total amount will be charged.
